Where is your loyalty? With organisation or leaders? It’s a dangerous assumption to make that this is one and the same. That being loyal to leaders is the same as being loyal to the organisation.

What if the leaders are first and foremost in it for themselves? If they are actually harming the organisation?

So, by pledging unconditional loyalty to the leaders, you are potentially at the very same time proving disloyal to the organisation, its purpose and core values, as well as its owners.

Now, how do you feel about that?
